Rare & primitive ancient egyptian wood carved burial mummy mask with Color. Authentic Late Period. This is a wonderful Ancient Egyptian wooden burial mask also referred to as a mummy mask. This mask was fashioned from a single piece of wood. The mask shows a rather lovely male face with large oval eyes, low forhead and eyebrows, broad nose and full lips. Applied pigments are added to the eyes, eyebrows and lips beautifully. Please examine all photos provided.As always sold to the highest bidder!.
